FixLogic ("we", "us") provides a free AI troubleshooting tool. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. We aim to collect as little as possible.
Information we collect
- Problem descriptions: The text you submit to the troubleshooter is sent to our AI provider (Cloudflare Workers AI) to generate a diagnosis. We do not require an account and do not ask for your name.
- Newsletter email: If you subscribe, we store the email address you provide solely to send you updates.
- Basic usage counts: We keep an anonymous daily counter of how many diagnoses are run, to stay within free service limits. This contains no personal data.
How we use information
- To generate and return your troubleshooting results.
- To operate, secure, and improve the service.
- To send newsletter emails you explicitly signed up for.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not build advertising profiles.
- We do not knowingly store sensitive personal information — please don't include passwords, full card numbers, or government IDs in your problem descriptions.
Third parties
We use Cloudflare for hosting and AI inference, and Mailgun for sending newsletter emails. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time. To request deletion of a newsletter email on file, contact us at hello@fixlogic.org.
